Description
An early 20c. 19" Heubach Koppelsdorf bisque-headed doll with composition body. On the back of her head it says Heubach Koppelsdorf 342.6 Germany. In very good condition. She has two teeth and open/close eyes which almost completely close.She has no chips to her fingers or toes or indeed anywhere else. There is a faint hairline crack at elbow length on her right arm (your left) which doesn't even show up on the photograph and which in my opinion is negligible. Her limbs move properly- she doesn't need restringing and she sits up well.
She is wearing a lovely cream silk hat with a rosette. Her cream synthetic dress has seen better days as it has quite a lot of tiny holes . It looks fine at first glance but she really needs a new dress. She has a pair of knickers and a good white lace-trimmed petticoat.
The width given is across her tummy.
