Description
A Vintage Doll From Peru. It is Known as a Chancay Burial Doll. This Doll Was Probably Made in the 1970's and Represents Similar Dolls That Date Back 1,000 Years to the Pre Columbian Chancay Culture Who Existed in the Late Inca Period. The Dolls Are Supposed to Represent Human Beings Rather Than Gods, and Have Been Found in the Graves of Their Loved Ones. It is Made From Different Woven Fabrics and Filled With Straw. Both Male and Female Dolls Were Produced.
