Lease

An annual lease review will be taken.

Commission

The current rate of VAT is charged on the 5% commission.

Payment of Sales

Payment for goods sold is made by electronic transfer direct into your Bank/Building Society Account.  A computerised statement of items sold will be e-mailed, faxed or posted on to you.  Payment is made every week, 7 days in arrears; this will be set up as an automatic payment.

Quality of Goods

New items, reproductions and items dated post 1950 can be stocked and sold in this building.

Labeling

All goods must be labeled on one side only with an accurate description and price together with the dealers number in a circle and if used, a stock code.

Insurance

At the time of applying, there may not be any spaces available, so therefore you will be placed on our waiting list.
