Description
A 1969 BSA Bantam D14/4 175cc motorcycle with registration number WVO 286G. Finished in black and chrome, this model features a 175cc engine and runs on two stroke fuel. The bike is presented with classic styling and original detailing as visible, with registration plate in place.
It is showroom condition and believed to have covered just 12,000 miles approx, the last owner owning it for 14 years, 5 previous owners on the new V5.
The Bantam has had a full nut and bolt restoration in recent years, New wheels Rims, rear tyre, Exhaust, Resprayed, Engine Rebuild, Battery, All electrics working, front lights, horn, rear brake light

Before road use it will require re commissioning including carburetor clean and retune, the Bantam will be sold as seen, all paperwork will be at the desk, please speak to the staff for help.
The Bike has been drained of fuel and the battery has been disconnected for safety within Hemswell Centre.

The BSA Bantam is a two-stroke unit construction motorcycle that was produced by the Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA) from 1948 (as a 123 cc) until 1971 (as a 173 cc). Exact production figures are unknown, but it was between 350,000 and 500,000.
History D14/4
In 1968 BSA introduced the D14/4. It increased the compression ratio to 10 to 1, which increased power to 12.6 bhp. The "/4" in the model name signifies the fact that all models had four-speed transmission, as BSA had at last discontinued the three-speed gearbox. BSA discontinued the Silver Bantam, and offered only three models: Supreme, Sports, and Bushman. BSA gave the Sports and Bushman models
