Description

This evocative 1930s Art Deco portrait by Mexican artist Armando Drechsler features an Aztec-inspired goddess in profile, adorned with ornate gold and red jewellery, and a strand of green ceremonial beads. The figure stands before a richly detailed background of ancient Mesoamerican carvings, blending classical symbolism with Drechsler’s stylised elegance. Issued by Offset Galas, Mexico, the print is tastefully presented in a silver-tone frame and pale peach mount.
