Description
A rare and very unusual vintage art deco 1930's brass ice cream wafer mould. It can make three different sizes of wafers. You would drop a wafer in the top, ice cream was then added and smoothed with a palette knife, topped with another wafer, the loop on the handle was then pushed up to eject the complete ice cream wafer....very clever!. It was made in Sheffield by Ergos, and is stamped to one side, as well as a registererd design number 727258., which was granted in 1927. It appears to be in fully working condition.
