Description
Fine pastoral scene blue and white delft tile with wall mounts signed by Hague exhibition winner 1872 Louis Apol who received his award from King William III. To the rear the tile is stamped for Joost Thooft & Labouchere owners of De Poreleyne Fles delft ware factory 1876-1890 along with the Harkink marks for 1876-1889.
