Description
French Bronze Fawn and Nude Female by “Etienne Maurice Falconet”. After the sculptor Etienne Maurice Falconet, the bronze is finely cast with good detail. Monted on a dark red marble base and signed to the back of the base. The piece shows naturalistic modelling and presents well as a decorative work. Circa 1880.
