Description

A very attractive antique 17th century obligation bond. Written on a single piece of vellum, on one side in latin, and the other in english. It is a bond between various parties, names such as John Jenkins, Batholemew Jenkins and John Smith. It is signed by both Jenkins men, and also by five witnesses including an Adam Butterfield and John Hiller. The document is dated 1667, and it also retains its original wax seals. It would look very nice glazed and framed. Stock Code: 2837
