Description

An interesting antique Edwardian period printed passenger brochure for the ship Moltke. She was part of the fleet of ships belonging to the Hamburg Amerika Line. They sailed between Europe and the USA. This booklet lists the passengers by name in each class of travel, where they embarked as well as a list of the officers and the captain. The ship set sail on the 11th October 1902, arriving in New York on the 1st November. The captain was C. Dempwolf. There are over 500 passengers on board, and this booklet was given out to each one on the trip. The front cover is illustrated with five ships from 1848 to 1891. At the back of the brochure are details in German and English detailing the ships facilities etc. Stock Code: 3224.
