Description
The Diary of Susan Millicent Reeve . 17/11/1823 of Leadenham House a few Miles south of Lincoln. On 7/8/1861 She married William Dashwood Fane of Fulbeck Hall, not far fron Lead-Enhare. d. Dec 1877 at Fulbeck. Her father was General John Reeve (Watertoo medal) and her mother was Lady Susan Sherard. 857 This diary written before her marriage covers periods in 1850, 1851 and 1857. and includes a tour to Bindlington, Filey, Whitby, Scarborough, Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House, Shoot. ing, hunting, balls & soirées, a tip Scotland.
