Description

This is an original copy of an 18th century will of a Richard Winch. He was a yeoman (farmer) from Ticehurst in Sussex. The will was written on the 11th November 1795 on four large paper pages, and details his bequests to many relatives. His estate was valued at just over £552. This equates to over £56,000 today. He died in either 1796 or 1797. Dealer Code: 3077.
