Description
Original 1930s Art Deco Large 9" Leda shaped Plate designed by Clarice Cliff in the Rhodanthe pattern. Lovely. No crazing, no chips, cracks or repairs, a tiny amount of paint flaking, and a slight imperfection near the centre of the plate (Clarice Cliff was well known for decorating pottery that was considered 'seconds'). Unsigned A.J Wilkinson Ltd. Royal Staffordshire Pottery Backstamp.
