Description

This rare early 20th century William Moorcroft vase is decorated in the sought after Anemone pattern under a rich flambé glaze. The tubelined floral design features large, stylised anemone blooms in deep crimson and purple tones, partially obscured by the characteristic fiery red and mottled autumnal hues of the flambé finish. The vase possesses a classic baluster form with a short, flared neck.
