Description

Large black metal (nickel painted) 20th century plan chest by Bisley. Makers stamp to the front and original label to the top. Features ten drawers with index label holders. Some drawers require attention to open smoothly. Well used possibly in an art room. Fabulous storage for paper, maps, plans for a studio. (Contents not included).
Top lifts off for easier transportation or can be split in to two.

Note - current RRP from Bisley for a new model is £3900+
The top surface has paint splashes indicating it's previous use in an artist's studio. Some drawers require care to open smoothly, and a number of the hinged document holding bars are missing. It is, however, ready for immediate use.
