Description

Italian 1960’s - 70’s Cane and Rattan Table. The table features a classic mid-century modern design combining natural materials with industrial elements. The top is a square, hand-woven rattan surface with an intricate pattern, mounted on slender, black lacquered metal hairpin legs.

This style of furniture, often referred to as "French Riviera" or "Bohemian," was very popular in mid-century Italy and France, and known for its airy, organic craftsmanship. In the style and manner of designers such as Tito Agnoli, Franco Albini, or Raoul Guys.
