Description
English fussee skeleton clock by James Edwards of Stourbridge, c1840s working from 1829 to c1853 first at High Street then Hagley Road. Engraved on the dial T &J Ollivant Manchester (Thomas & John) retaillers from1828 to1851. Chain fussee movement with five spoke wheelwork, engraved and silvered dial. Edwards made many clocks of this design. Wooden base with glass dome.
