Description
Circa 1820 George III Regency figured walnut portable folding book / music lectern possibly originally a bible stand. The figuration of the walnut is superb; the book stand folds flat and is surmounted with a shell carved crest and hand carved border detail.

- Condition: Beautiful rich patina to the walnut. The hinge is excellent and the stand folds fully flat. There is a possibly atmospheric related crack to the walnut back strut but this does not affect the book stand.
