Description
Introduced in 1940 with it's olive green felt exterior and red felt interior, it retains its original leather chin strap and is maker marked JHS whilst also dated 1942.
Fortunately, this helmet retains both it's Army and National Shield badges which are both in excellent condition however it is missing its outer leather strap across the front. Overall, this helmet is in excellent field used condition and perfect for display or as part of a wider 'Afrika Korps'/Desert warfare collection.
