Description
Japanese mixed-metal shoe horn from the Meiji period in the late 19th century. The body and 'blade' are in brass with multiple faces on the handle, one in copper on the front. A very unusual object, with nice foliate delicate engraving on the blade of the shoe horn. Functional and decorative, this is a lovely item. No damage.
