Description

Interesting antique watercolour on paper of a vase of crocus flowers sitting on a table. It was painted by Dora E Lunn (1882-1955). She exhibited works numerous times at the famous Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool between 1915 and 1927. She founded and was chief designer at the Ravenscourt Pottery in London from 1916 until 1926. She was born in Sheffield and studied art at the Chiswick School of Art. The painting is unsigned. The watercolour is presented in a wide window mount in a pale wood coloured frame under glass. The painting size is 11.5cm wide by 15.5cm high. The frame size is 29.5cm wide by 34cm high. Dealer Code: 3423.
