Original Contemporary Painting by Philippe Aird, Manchester based, 1961 - 2015. Featuring a vibrant blue, yellow, and white abstract floral shape against a black background.
Known for his unique abstract style, often using a mixed-media technique involving "liquid glass" or resin on canvas to create bold, vibrant, and layered works inspired by nature, micro, and macro images.
Aird was taught as a teenager by family friend and acclaimed Salford artist L.S. Lowry, who encouraged him to attend Chelsea School of Art on a scholarship.
