Description
A Victorian Walnut Cylinder Bureau Bookcase. This 3 in 1 piece has a bookcase, writing area, and cupboard storage. The bookcase has two arched glazed doors opening to reveal 4 adjustable shelves. In the middle is the cylinder bureau with wooden handles, which slides back to reveal a leather writing space with golden edging, pigeon holes, drawers and a writing slope. The wooden handles can be pulled to slide the writing area out. When finished push back the writing space, close the cylinder door which neatly conceals it all. To the bottom is two panelled doors which open to reveal a 1 shelved cupboard. Separate keys are included for the bookshelf doors at the top and the cupboard doors at the bottom.
