Silver screw on cap with 25 / 12 / 1878 engraved to the cap as well as ‘To Lady Fermoy From The Queen’ to the top.
Cecilia O’Grady married Edward Roche (Baron Fermoy 2nd) in 1877.
Complete with fitted leather case.
