Description
Hand stitched this textile was originally made to hang behind the area where the nomad slept,. The outer crimson border criss crossed into squares only flanks on 3 sides and the hanging straps show how it would have worked. Beautifully hand stitched this design is bold and colourful with repeating almost tile like flowers.
The overlay stitching is on a heavy weight cordrouy base and heavy silk crimson border. Beautiful handiwork
