Description
A beautiful antique art nouveau period carved and stained horn necklace by Elizabeth Bonte a French artisan jewellery designer who was influenced by nature and inspired by the work of Rene Lalique her contemporary. The necklace is made from stained horn which is then carved. It features a large butterfly or moth, with an attached brown thread cord interspersed with polychrome glass beads. The pendant is 7cm high and 8.4cm wide, the cord is 34cm in length. The reverse is signed E Bonte. Total weight 13.68 grams. Dealer Code: 3585.
