Description
Original Oak Double Branch Wall Lamp with brass bulbholders by Alan Grainger, known as the 'Acornman', so a carved acorn is to be found carved in to the light fitting. Acorn Industries was set up by George Grainger, who is believed to have been trained and worked for Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson in Kilburn, but set up his own workshop in the 1930s in Brandsby in Yorkshire, Alan joining in the 1950s and running the business until 2005. New brass bulbholders has been added, fully re-wired and pat tested. Will require wiring in by an electrician. A Rare Chance
