Description
Pelham puppets (originally Wonky Toys) were originally produced by Bob Pelham from 1947-1986.
The company went on to produce under license many familiar characters that became household names for Disney, and many popular children’s TV series
Gretel is based on the story Hansel and Gretel from Brothers Grimm. The character was made from 1976 onwards.
This lovely puppet is in good condition, although a little age related faded. I have not untangled the strings, they are as found. The box is in reasonable condition with the acetate damaged to the top. Please see photographs. Mixed material construction. Measurements are for box not puppet.
