Contact us about 1930s Carltonware Pair of Minerva Bookends

A rare and unusual pair of 1930's Carlton Ware bookends depicting the classical goddess Athena on a triangular frame. The backstamps cover a wide period but it is believed they were made in the 1930's as a limited run together with 'The Gypsies'. Each has been hand painted so slight differences between the two.
