An Edwardian Chippendale style writing desk by Shapland & Petter, circa 1910. This well-crafted desk features three drawers, each fitted with original brass handles and working locks complete with key. The outer edge of the top is finely carved, complemented by blind fretwork detailing to the gallery back. The desk stands on elegant fluted legs terminating in carved square feet. Features a black and gilt tooled leather writing surface. Superb restored condition.
