A rare antique 19th century printed programme for a musical evening held for Queen Victorian at Buckingham Palace. It took place on the 18th May 1881. A beautifully printed gold embossed coat of arms with a delicate lace effect embossed border. The programme features classical opera, arias and chorus pieces with music by Mozart, Rossini and Gounod. The programme was conducted by Mr W.G. Cusins. There were some well known singers of the time performing, including Madame Albani a soprano. Printed by Ortner & Houle. Stock Code: 2844.
