Contact us about Antique Mid Victorian Bing & Grondahl Danish Porcelain Dessert Plate

This porcelain dessert plate dates to the 1860's to 1870's, and is an early piece by the Danish company Bing & Grondahl. It is centrally painted with a view of Dragsholm Castle west of Copenhagen. The castle was the home of the Adeler family whose coat of arms are painted on the plate along with three other reserves painted with views of the castle. Sprays of delicate flowers and gilt reserve borders and gilt plate rim. The back with an underglaze blue B&G mark. Stand not included. Stock Code: 2383.
