A fabulous antique Victorian reverse glass painting of three Royal Navy sailing ships at sea. The main ship is named H.M.S. Royal Sovereign Vice Admiral C. Collingwood in gold lettering. It is a 100 gun ship, that served under Collingwood at the Battle of Trafalgar. The painting has a verre eglomise border, which is a gold decorative painted surround.
