This is a Superb Antique Edwardian Solid Sterling Silver Sovereign Holder, with both sides being engine turned in decoration & a vacant cartouche. Case of circular form with sprung push-button opening mechanism and working Sprung internal sovereign holder. It is hallmarked for Chester, date 1904 with maker "H.H” by John Haseler & William Frederick Holmes
Measures 3.1cm in diameter excluding the top loop & weighs 17.46 grams.
