Early 20th Century gilt framed oil on canvas titled “The Horse Fair” by W. Greensmith. Dated 1903 after Rosa Bonheur’s original. This is large painting featuring a large gathering of horses with some rearing up in the front of the scene. The frame very ornate signed by the artist to the bottom left with the date 1903. There is some damage that is shown in the photos to the right of the painting at the black horses feet above the artists signature.
