The Geophone was one of the first radio sets manufactured by the General Electric Co, This pre WWII radio has full instructions printed inside the lid and can power two sets of headphones. It does not need a power supply, it picks up radio energy when connected with an aerial and earth as per the instructions, this energy is sufficient to operate the radio. Approved by the BBC.
