This pair of gold plated lorgnette glasses dates from circa 1900 to 1910 and features two circular lenses held within delicate metal rims. The frame is decorated with fine textured engravings and is connected by a curved bridge. A distinctive feature is the extendable handle attached to one side which allows the user to hold the glasses to their eyes. The handle is finished with a small loop at the end and displays a linear pattern along its length. No Hallmark Visible.
