Venetian Festival Print, The festival is in full swing in this fabulous print lovely and un-faded a great print and signed in pencil by the artist Russell Flint to the bottom left, the top has the text "Published in 1965 by Frost & Reed Limited of Bristol and London England. Copyright in all countries the U.S.A and foreign. Presented with ivory coloured mount with gold line detail and finished with a wonderful quality gilt frame "I must have been crazy to tackle such an elaborate subject in the midst of merry-making Venetians. The facade of the church should alone have warned me to hold my hand and merely look on. However, the theme, and the festive atmosphere had enticed me. Not only had I to carry my picture as far as possible on the spot, notes of many details were needed to enable me to complete it at home."
