Burr walnut rising top Davenport Circa1860 drawers on one side and dummy drawers on the other. Piano type front with pull out writing surface that lifts to form a reading slope. Ornately carved pillaster supports either side of front burr walnut panel. On opening the front there's a fitted interior, inside the right hand small drawer is a release catch that can be pulled forward to release the pop up top section with another fitted interior.
