19th Century Victorian walnut veneered 7 drawer wellington chest of drawers with carved detail to the top of both pillars fronting the wellington chest. All 7 graduated drawers are oak lined and fronted with original brass handles. The hinged side pillar has the original working lock and key. Presented in original unrestored condition with great patina and in full working order, the drawers are running well, the lock is working well and has its key. There is some cracking to the walnut veneers but they are not lifting and are stable; not an uncommon feature for period furniture. Some minor bruising, knocks and general wear to the wellington commensurate with age.
