Description
Issued by H.M .V (his masters voice) as an advertising piece to stand in shops and shop windows Nipper stands 36cm tall almost life size this original 1930s ceramic Nipper the H.M.V Dog is in the spotted satin black version (was also issued with brown spots) and stands on a moulded black ceramic base with a white collar with gilt detail. There is what looks like an inventory number on the base reading A5002.
Presented in excellent condition free from cracks, chips, or restoration. There is some wear to the gilt collar details.
