This is a Rare Document Written in Latin on a Single Piece of Vellum. It Dates to the Very Short Reign Period of Tudor Queen Mary and Philip II of Spain, Who Were on the Throne for Only Four Years, 1554 to 1558.
It Has the Original Wax Seal Suspended by the Original Vellum Tag.
