Description
An Art Deco Myott Bowtie shaped hand painted and glazed vase from the 1930s. Good used condition with some paint wear including an area with under glazed paint bleeding and a small area with a slither of paint missing (see photos). There is also the usual crazing showing mainly to the glazing on the cream coloured areas and staining to the interior with a few firing 'pin' marks. Overall the colours are still strong with defined brush strokes and displays very well. The Myott Son & Co stamp is on the base.
