Description
A Clarice Cliff Autumn Crocus cup and saucer, hand painted and honey glazed. Both pieces have the same green Royal Staffordshire makers marks over stamped in gold with the Clarice Cliff signature stamp. Good used condition with no chips or cracks evident. Crazing to the saucer with some under glazed marks showing through and the usual firing hold marks on the base. Vibrant colours to both pieces with strong brush strokes to the crocus flowers. Date: c 1930s
