Description
A fine handcrafted oak child’s chair /spinning chair in the style of Jack Grimble.
Jack Grimble of Cromer worked on the Sandringham Estate taking commissions for the Royal Family and selling his oak furniture in his premises in Cromer. He would almost certainly have had apprentices following in his tradition. Grimble’s Arts and Crafts style was inspired by his study of medieval furniture being referred to as the Mouseman of Norfolk (but more affordable).
This unique quality chair would look well in any style of interior.
Small chairs can be versatile and double up as side tables, coffee tables. They look great with a flower arrangement, collector's' teddies on the seat.
