Description

A superb large Gothic triple fusee bracket clock in an oak case surmounted by three perpendicular spires, also at the sides detailed silk lined arched frets.
The case has a heavily decorative carved door which covers the silver engraved dial. Within the arch there are three subsidiary dials which facilitate for chime silent, pendulum adjustment and tune selector.
Engraved on the dial is J.D. Jennens & Son of Great Sutton St. London.
The triple chain movement is of 8 day duration and chimes on 8 bells (Whittington) or 4 coiled gongs (Westminster).
Front and back door are lockable.

The movement has been fully serviced and restored and is guaranteed.
