Print Description: A finely painted 19th century oil on canvas portrait of an elegant lady:- 'Florence Buckton b 1853, d 1947, wife of Sir Edward Pigott William Redford' Later inscribed on the reverse of the canvas (see photo). Fine brushwork and unique pallet, attributed to the artist Louis William Desanges, signed lower left. Offered in good original order in a decorative period frame.
Painting Condition: Very good, a few age related marks.
