Description
19th century very rare signed Kutch set from Gujarat, India. The teapot, cream jug, and sugar pot are all profusely decorated in extraordinary detail, with foliage, scrolls and flowers. Each piece features handles embossed with intricate patterns, empty cartouches to the front, petal finial detailed lids and are all standing on four shaped feet. Signed to the bottom and rim of each item. 835gms. Circa 1890’s.
