Description
Early 20th century gold brooch/pendant in sufragette colours comprising amethyst, seed pearls and prasiolite [part of the ruby/sapphire family]. The colours are green for hope, white for purity and purple for nobility, but Mrs Pankhurst changed purple to violet so it gave the initials for Give Women Votes.
