Description
Continental fruitwood with amber glass eyes this unusual and tactile page turner has a sprung and articulated ebonised beak that opens when the throat of the bird is squeezed to reveal a red interior to the mouth that grips very well with a good spring action. Extremely well hand carved in fruitwood the head and mid-section feature feathers and wings that give way to the dual purpose blade that can be used as a page turner or paper knife.
